For general foundational support after 50 years: Multivit (13 essential vitamins and minerals, with a focus on B12 and D3). For extra resistance during winter periods: Immunity. For fatigue: Energy. For difficulty sleeping: Sleep. Multivit and Immunity are the most recommended for consistent daily use.
Our Multivit contains 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 per daily dose — this amount contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, muscles, and the immune system according to EFSA guidelines. If a severe deficiency is suspected: have this medically tested via a blood test. Your doctor can then assess whether a higher therapeutic dose is necessary.
If you are using blood thinners (such as warfarin), thyroid medication, or other chronic medication: first ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Vitamin K and some herbs can interact. With medication, we always recommend reviewing the composition with your pharmacist first. Multivit and Immunity are usually tolerated without problems.
Our Energy and Multivit contain B12, B6 and iron, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
