GIMMY strives to ensure that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We have invested a significant amount of resources into making our website user-friendly for people with disabilities, with a strong belief that everyone has the right to live independently.

Accessibility

GIMMY does not currently use accessibility widgets to assist with an accessible experience because they cannot be 100% adhered to and because the limitations of the theme architecture limit our ability to provide 100% compliance with features such as headline cadence, color contrast, and aria scrolls on all items in our Online Store. If on-page software is available, this software allows website visitors to improve compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) with screen reading, color contrast, font size, and other controls.

We currently do not use applications to enable additional accessibility support as these do not provide full compliance for those with keyboard or voice-assisted software. If you need help placing an order, you can send us an email at info@gimmy.be. We are happy to help you.

Limits

GIMMY continues its efforts to continually improve the accessibility of our website in the belief that it is our collective duty to enable seamless, accessible and unhindered use, including for those of us with disabilities. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be due to the fact that we have not yet found or identified the most suitable technological solution.

Some third-party applications may be installed on our site and we have no control over their accessibility standards for features such as (but not limited to): Reviews, subscriptions and more.

Please note that our efforts to provide an accessible website (in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA) are ongoing. We have made every effort to be reasonably accessible.
