Sinds ik deze gummies neem, slaap ik eerder beter. Komt dit door de gummies? Tja, misschien wel, misschien niet. Ze zijn in ieder geval heel lekker, natuurlijk en niet verslavend. Ze werken natuurlijk niet zoals een slaappil, maar slaappillen zijn zo verslavend dat je ze beter niet neemt. Dus blijf ik de gummies gebruiken. En mijn slaap is niet 100%, maar voelt wel heel natuurlijk aan.

Jammer genoeg werkt het niet bij mij. In plaats van 2 capsules heb ik 3 capsules genomen. Ik val in slaap maar wordt ja ongeveer een uur weer wakker om daarna niet meer in te slapen. Volgens mijn tracker heb ik maximaal 20 minuten diepe slaap.
