For adults and teenagers aged 12 and over: 2 gummies per day. For children aged 3 to 12: 1 gummy per day. Preferably take them in the morning with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ideally, you start 4 to 6 weeks before the season in which you want extra resistance â usually late August or early September. However, you can also take it all year round, especially if you have a vitamin D deficiency or frequently catch colds.
Building up vitamin D in your body takes several weeks. In case of a deficiency, you may feel a difference in your general energy level after 4 to 6 weeks. For immune system effects: this involves long-term support, not a short boost as with a common cold.
Our gummies contain 25”g of vitamin D3 (500% NRV) per daily dose â sufficient for general support. In case of a diagnosed vitamin D deficiency, your doctor may prescribe a higher dosage. Please consult your pharmacist in that case.
Take into account your total zinc, vitamin C, and D intake. Combination with Multivit gummies is not recommended due to overlap. Combination with Focus, Energy or Sleep gummies is perfectly fine.
