Who is GIMMY?

GIMMY is a young and driven Belgian company with a mission:
making it easier to take good care of yourself and your family, with vitamin gummies that are scientifically proven.

How do the gummies work?

GIMMY Gummies are chewable nutritional supplements designed to address specific health needs (increased energy, relaxation, or immune system support). They contain safe dosages of vitamins and herbal extracts that are easily absorbed by the body.

Where are the gummies made?

Our gummies are made in Belgium by a team of pharmacists, food technologists and biologists. And of course, by countless strong hands that keep the machines running day in and day out.

How do we guarantee that the gummies are safe?

Our gummies are produced under the strictest quality standards and have received the necessary quality assurance labels. We do not use toxic substances and test our gummies with every batch, and at frequent intervals after production. This is to guarantee the stability of both the gummies themselves and the active ingredients within.

What ingredients and dosages are in the gummies?

Details of all ingredients can be found on the product pages. There you will discover the composition, active ingredients and their function for each formula. We only use proven, active ingredients and strive to always use scientifically substantiated dosages.

Safety is our top priority: we only choose fabrics that have been carefully tested and, where possible, are suitable for both young and old.

Are the gummies suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, almost all of our gummies are vegan and none of our formulas have been tested on animals.

Pay close attention to the icons and product information on the product pages: some active ingredients, such as GOS-OP in Gut Support, are derived from milk. Therefore, that formula is vegetarian, not vegan.

We strive to make every formula vegan and sugar-free . However, sometimes an active ingredient that we strongly believe in is of animal origin. In that case, we consciously choose the best and most animal-friendly option , without compromising on quality or effectiveness.

Who are the gummies suitable for?

Our gummies are suitable for everyone from 3 years old , with a few exceptions:


The Deep Sleep Gummies contain melatonin and are therefore only suitable for those aged 12 and over.
This also applies to the Hair & Nails Gummies . This formula contains an ingredient that has not yet been tested on young children, which is why we cannot recommend its use for children under 12 years of age.

Warning: The gummies are not suitable for pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding.

Are you taking medication? Then take a look under the "safety first" tab on the specific product page.

How many gummies can I take per day?

We recommend 2 gummies/day. Are you under 12? Then 1 gummy/day is sufficient.

*Children from 45 kg may also take 2 gummies/day.

Can I combine different gummy formulas?

Yes, you can combine all our gummies with each other!

How can I get a GIMMY subscription?

It's very simple: on the product page of the product you want to order, choose the subscription option , select the desired delivery frequency , and add the product to your shopping cart .

Does this mean I'm stuck with a subscription that I can't cancel?

You can cancel your subscription flexibly from the second delivery onwards. We apply this rule to prevent abuse of the attractive subscription benefits. This allows us to continue offering the best discounts and service to all our loyal customers.

What if I have enough gummies at home for the time being?

Of course, you can always adjust the frequency of your deliveries or simply postpone or skip a delivery. You can also pause your subscription for a while.

What payment methods can I use to purchase a subscription?

You can pay with iDeal/Bancontact, your credit card, or PayPal. We try to offer as many payment methods as possible, so that everyone has the opportunity to subscribe.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription yourself (from the 2nd delivery onwards) in your account. If you encounter any difficulties, you can always contact us via the contact page , WhatsApp or e-mail .

Orders and deliveries

What are the shipping costs?

In Belgium and the Netherlands, you pay no shipping costs on orders from 15 euros.

In other countries, this may sometimes vary. The shipping costs are always calculated in advance in your shopping cart.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you order before 10 PM, you will receive your order the next business day (BE & NL).

Does GIMMY ship internationally?

Yes, of course, we want to help everyone!

Payment

Which payment methods does GIMMY accept?

With us you can pay with Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay, PayPal and Klarna. In the Netherlands you can also pay with iDEAL.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes! Send an email with your order number to info@gimmy.be and we will send you your invoice.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, usually our discount codes are not combinable. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

If a shipping label hasn't been created for your order yet, you can always contact us to cancel or change it.

What is the return policy?
