Lemon balm
No Stress Gummies
Operation
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is an aromatic herb from the mint family (Lamiaceae) used for its mild, soothing properties and fresh lemon scent. The plant contains a complex array of bioactive compounds, including rosmarinic acid, flavonoids, phenolic acids, and volatile oils such as citral and citronellal. These natural compounds are known to influence bodily processes related to relaxation and mental balance.
The active ingredients are linked in the literature to interactions within the nervous system , contributing to balanced impulse transmission between nerve cells. Therefore, lemon balm can help maintain concentration and a relaxed state of mind.
Study
According to the results of the meta-analysis , lemon balm significantly improved mean anxiety and depression scores compared with placebo (SMD: -0.98; 95% CI: −1.63 to −0.33; p = 0.003) and (SMD: -0.47; 95% CI: −0.73 to −0.21; p = 0.0005), without serious adverse events.
The current findings suggest that lemon balm may have beneficial effects on anxiety and depressive symptoms, particularly in acute cases. However, because there is still variation between studies and the number of studies is limited, further research is warranted to better substantiate the clinical effectiveness of lemon balm.

Coenzyme Q10
Energy Gummies
Coenzyme Q10
Energy Gummies
Operation
Coenzyme Q10 (also called ubiquinone) is a naturally occurring substance in the body that plays a key role in our cells' energy production. It helps convert nutrients into usable energy in the mitochondria, the body's "energy factories."
Study
A large-scale 2022 meta-analysis published in Frontiers in Pharmacology pooled data from 13 clinical trials with a total of 1,126 participants.
The results show a clear and statistically significant effect: participants taking CoQ10 reported less fatigue than the placebo group (Hedges' g = –0.40; 95% CI = –0.64 to –0.16; p = 0.001). Furthermore, long-term use enhanced the effect. Longer periods of use of several months yielded the best results.
The positive trend was seen in both healthy adults and people with elevated fatigue levels, but was most evident in participants with lower natural CoQ10 production.
Scientific research suggests that CoQ10 derives its effectiveness from two key functions: it supports mitochondrial energy production and acts as a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. In this way, CoQ10 contributes to maintaining vitality and recovery, especially during prolonged mental or physical stress.

GABA
No Stress Gummies
GABA
No Stress Gummies
Operation
GABA, short for gamma-aminobutyric acid , is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. It is a neurotransmitter , a signaling molecule that helps nerve cells in the brain communicate. GABA has an inhibitory function : it reduces the activity of certain nerve cells, thus maintaining the balance between excitatory and calming signals in the nervous system.
At the physiological level, GABA binds to specific receptors (primarily GABA-A and GABA-B) in the nervous system. These receptors open ion channels, allowing negative ions (such as chloride) to flow into the cell. This reduces the rate at which the nerve cell activates. This mechanism helps maintain the nervous system's balance during mental or physical stress and supports normal processes associated with relaxation and recovery.
Although GABA itself doesn't usually directly cross the blood-brain barrier, recent studies show it can act indirectly via the gut-brain axis or through peripheral nerve pathways that transmit signals to the central nervous system. As a result, it's often seen as a substance that contributes to balanced nerve function and processes related to mental relaxation and calmness, without any drug-like effects.
Study
The effect of orally administered gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on relaxation and immunity during stress was investigated in humans. Two studies were conducted.
In the first study, the effect of GABA intake on the brain activity of 13 subjects was measured. Electroencephalograms (EEGs) were taken after three different tests: ingestion of water alone, GABA, or L-theanine. Sixty minutes after ingestion, GABA showed a significant increase in alpha waves and a decrease in beta waves compared to water or L-theanine. These results indicate that GABA not only promotes a state of relaxation but can also reduce feelings of tension or nervousness.
The second study examined the influence of the relaxing effect of GABA on the immune system in people exposed to stress. Eight participants with a fear of heights were divided into two groups (placebo and GABA). All participants had to cross a suspension bridge, which served as a stressful stimulus. During the crossing , immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels in their saliva were measured. In the placebo group, IgA levels decreased significantly, indicating a more severe stress response. The GABA group maintained significantly higher IgA levels .
The researchers concluded that GABA can be effective as a natural relaxant , with effects visible within one hour of ingestion. Furthermore, according to the results, GABA can support the immune response under stressful conditions .

Korean Ginseng
Focus & Energy Gummies
Operation
Korean ginseng (Panax Ginseng) works through a complex interplay of bioactive compounds that influence cell communication, energy metabolism, and adaptation processes . The root is therefore often seen as a natural tonic that helps the body maintain its balance during both physical and mental exertion.
Study
This clinical trial investigated the anti-fatigue effect of Panax ginseng CA Meyer in 90 participants (21 men and 69 women) with idiopathic chronic fatigue syndrome (ICF) . It was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with three groups: one received 1 g of ginseng per day, one 2 g per day, and one a placebo. The treatment lasted four weeks .
Fatigue severity was measured using a numerical rating scale (NRS) and a visual analogue scale (VAS) . In addition, oxidative stress markers were determined in the blood, including reactive oxygen species (ROS) , malondialdehyde (MDA) , glutathione (GSH) , and glutathione reductase (GSH-Rd) .
- Mental fatigue improved significantly in both ginseng groups compared to placebo.
- At 1 g/day the mental NRS score decreased from 20.4 → 15.1 .
- At 2 g/day the mental NRS score decreased from 20.7 → 13.8 .
- In the placebo group, this only decreased from 20.9 → 18.8 ( P < 0.01 ).
- At the biochemical level, ginseng reduced concentrations of ROS and MDA (substances that indicate oxidative stress).
- The 1 g/day dose also increased glutathione levels (GSH) and glutathione reductase activity (GSH-Rd) , both important antioxidant defense mechanisms.
After four weeks of use, Panax ginseng showed a significant reduction in mental fatigue and improved the participants' antioxidant status . The authors suggest that ginseng's antioxidant properties play a significant role in its underlying mechanism of action.

GOS-OP
Gut Support Gummies
Operation
GOS-OP is a pure, soluble dietary fiber of natural origin. It is not digested by the human body but serves as a nutrient for beneficial intestinal bacteria.
This process keeps your intestinal flora active and diverse. GOS-OP supports your gut's natural ecosystem without you having to do anything.
Study
This study investigated the effect of the prebiotic galacto-oligosaccharide blend B-GOS® on common intestinal complaints such as bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain. Participants received a small dose of the ingredient or a placebo daily for two weeks.
After just one week, participants taking B-GOS® noticed a significant reduction in their symptoms : less bloating, less flatulence, and less abdominal pain compared to the placebo group . After two weeks, almost everyone reported that their symptoms were "present but tolerable."
The mechanism of action is attributed to the targeted stimulation of beneficial intestinal bacteria , especially Bifidobacterium . These bacteria help maintain the natural balance in the intestines, which contributes to more pleasant digestion.
The GOS ingredient GIMMY uses in its Gut Support Gummies is called GOS-OP . This is a highly purified form of GOS (over 90% pure) with the same proven prebiotic properties as B-GOS®, but specially developed for use in dietary supplements. Thanks to its high concentration and purity, GOS-OP works effectively at a lower dosage, making it perfect for gummies.
L-Glutamine
Gut Support Gummies
L-Glutamine
Gut Support Gummies
Operation
L-Glutamine is a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a key role in maintaining and repairing the intestinal wall. The cells of the intestinal mucosa use glutamine as an energy source , making it crucial for a healthy and strong intestinal barrier.
When this barrier weakens, for example, after an infection, stress, or a sensitive digestive system, unwanted substances and bacteria can more easily penetrate the intestinal wall. This can lead to symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea, fatigue, or abdominal pain. L-Glutamine helps restore this barrier function and thus restore the gut's balance.
Study
The effects of L-glutamine were investigated in a clinical study published in the international journal Gut . In this study, people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) after a previous intestinal infection (so-called post-infectious IBS) were given L-glutamine for eight weeks.
The results were remarkable: nearly 80% of participants in the glutamine group reported a significant reduction in their symptoms , compared to only 6% in the placebo group. Objective measurements also showed that intestinal permeability —the degree to which the intestinal wall allows substances to pass through— improved significantly in the glutamine group. Bowel movements normalized, abdominal pain and diarrhea decreased, and the supplements were well tolerated , with no significant side effects.

Lactobacillus helveticus
Gut Support Gummies
Operation
Lactobacillus helveticus is a lactic acid bacterium known for its beneficial effect on the body's balance. During fermentation, it produces small, natural substances that contribute to healthy bowel function and balanced digestion, among other things.
In its heat-treated form, also called a postbiotic , Lactobacillus helveticus helps support the natural balance in your intestines. It promotes a healthy gut environment and contributes to a feeling of well-being.
Study
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in 120 healthy adults (20–59 years) with a tendency to constipation, participants drank Lactobacillus helveticus CP790-fermented milk (postbiotic) or a taste-matched placebo without living microorganisms daily for 4 weeks .
The results were clear: in the CP790 group , stools became softer and more regular (more in line with "ideal" bowel movements) and people had to strain less . At the same time, the researchers saw less of the bacteria group associated with hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), a substance that can irritate the intestines, in the stool. This fits with the beneficial effect on the abdomen: less abdominal discomfort and a calmer feeling in the abdomen .
As an added benefit, participants also reported improved mood (including less depression), without any significant side effects. In short: a small daily dose of this postbiotic drink for four weeks can improve bowel movements , alleviate abdominal discomfort , and even boost your mood .

Melatonin
Deep Sleep Gummies
Melatonin
Deep Sleep Gummies
Operation
Melatonin is a natural hormone that your body produces naturally when it gets dark. It's produced in the pineal gland in the brain and acts as a kind of internal clock : it tells your body it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep.
Melatonin production normally increases in the evening, peaks in the middle of the night, and decreases again in the morning as soon as it gets light. This helps your body maintain a balanced day-night rhythm, also known as the circadian rhythm .
When this rhythm is disrupted, a small amount of extra melatonin can help recalibrate the natural rhythm . In low doses, melatonin doesn't work like a traditional "sleeping pill," but helps your body get sleepy again at the right time.
Studies
This scientific review examined how low doses of melatonin can help with sleep disorders related to a disrupted biological clock , such as difficulty falling asleep or a delayed sleep phase. The researchers compiled results from dozens of clinical studies to determine whether small doses of melatonin are effective and safe to use .
1. Melatonin works primarily as a “time giver”
Low doses of melatonin appear particularly effective in shifting the sleep-wake rhythm . Unlike higher doses, a small dose helps the body restore its natural rhythm .
For example, melatonin can advance the sleep phase in people who have difficulty falling asleep at night (Delayed Sleep-Wake Phase Disorder).
2. Low dose = more natural effect
Higher doses (3–5 mg or more) cause higher blood melatonin levels, which can disrupt the natural nighttime cycle.
The review emphasizes that low doses better match the body's natural peak and therefore work more subtly, without excessive drowsiness the next morning .
3. Improved sleep onset and sleep duration
Several controlled studies found that low doses of melatonin shortened the time it took to fall asleep and, in some cases, slightly extended total sleep time . The effects were strongest in people with delayed sleep patterns or jet lag, but were also observed in adults with mild sleep problems.
4. Safety and tolerance
Low-dose melatonin was well tolerated in all studies.
No serious side effects were reported. Even with long-term use (several months) , no negative effects were found.
Scientific research shows that even small amounts of melatonin can help support the natural sleep rhythm. In low doses, melatonin helps the body better align with its natural day-night rhythm, making it easier to fall asleep and naturally improving sleep quality, without feeling groggy the next day.

Inulin
Gut Support Gummies
Inulin
Gut Support Gummies
Operation
Inulin is a natural fiber found in plants like chicory root. It is n't digested in the stomach or small intestine , but reaches the large intestine unchanged .
There, inulin serves as food for beneficial gut bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus . These bacteria break down inulin and produce short-chain fatty acids (such as butyrate and acetate). These are substances that help nourish the intestinal wall and maintain a balanced gut flora.
Inulin acts as a prebiotic. It feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut, supporting a healthy gut environment and thus contributing to smooth digestion.
Study
1. Increase in beneficial bacteria
In almost all studies, inulin caused a significant increase in Bifidobacterium , a type of bacteria often seen as a sign of healthy gut flora.
- This effect already occurred at low to medium doses .
- The change was consistent and reproducible across studies.
2. Effect on other bacteria
Some studies also reported an increase in other short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria such as Anaerostipes and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii , which help form butyrate – a substance that nourishes the gut lining.
Other, less beneficial bacteria (such as Bilophila ) decreased.
3. Influence on bowel movements and digestion
In participants with slow bowel movements or mild constipation, bowel movement frequency and consistency often improved.
4. Safety
Inulin was well tolerated in all studies. The most common mild side effects were bloating or mild flatulence during the first few days, which usually resolved after adjustment of the gut flora.

Valerian root
Deep Sleep Gummies
Valerian root
Deep Sleep Gummies
Operation
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) is a traditional herb used for centuries to treat insomnia and nervousness. The plant contains valerenic acid and valepotriates , substances that influence the brain's GABA system —the inhibitory neurotransmitter system that promotes relaxation and calmness.
1. GABA enhancement:
Valerenic acid increases the activity of the inhibitory neurotransmitter system GABA in the brain. This reduces brain activity and makes it easier to fall asleep.
2. Serotonin modulation:
Influences 5-HT5a receptors , which are involved in mood and sleep regulation.
3. Potassium channel regulation:
Reduces neuronal excitability, thus calming the nervous system.
Together, these mechanisms provide relaxation, stress reduction and improved sleep quality without the drowsiness or dependency of traditional sleeping pills.
Study
In a clinical study with 80 adults, a standardized valerian extract significantly improved the quality, duration, and depth of sleep after 8 weeks. Participants fell asleep faster, slept longer, felt calmer and more rested during the day, without experiencing side effects or drowsiness.
The researchers concluded that valerian is a natural and effective alternative to support sleep and reduce stress , with both measurable and tangible benefits for the body.

Vitamin A
Multivitamin Gummies
Vitamin A
Multivitamin Gummies
Operation
1. Cell growth and differentiation
Vitamin A is converted in the body to retinoic acid , a substance that binds to nuclear receptors (RAR and RXR) in the cell nucleus.
These receptors regulate the activity of hundreds of genes involved in:
- the production of new cells,
- the renewal of tissues,
- and the development of organs during growth.
In other words, vitamin A acts as a signaling molecule that influences the genetic “switch” of cellular processes.
2. Synthesis of visual pigments
In the retinal cells of the eye , part of vitamin A is converted into 11-cis-retinal .
This substance, together with opsin, forms the pigment rhodopsin , which can convert light into nerve impulses.
This mechanism is the basis of light perception and the eye's ability to adapt to darkness.
3. Support of epithelial structures
Epithelial cells line surfaces such as skin, mucous membranes, and intestines.
Vitamin A is involved in the formation and maintenance of epithelial tissue by regulating genes that control keratin and mucin.
4. Role in immune processes
Vitamin A influences the formation of immune cells (such as T and B lymphocytes) and the communication between these cells via cytokines.
It ensures a proper balance between anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory responses.
This helps the body to respond adequately to external stimuli without causing excessive inflammation.
5. Reproduction and embryonic development
During embryonic development, retinoic acid directs the differentiation of tissues and organs , including the nervous system, heart, and limbs.
An optimal balance of vitamin A is therefore essential: both a deficiency and an excess can disrupt normal development.
Proven and approved health claims
Vitamin A contributes to:
- normal iron metabolism.
- the maintenance of normal mucous membranes
- the maintenance of normal skin.
- the maintenance of normal vision.
- the normal functioning of the immune system.

Operation
1. Energy production in the cells
The most important role of thiamine is in energy metabolism .
TPP functions as a coenzyme for several enzyme complexes in carbohydrate metabolism , including:
- the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex , which converts pyruvate to acetyl-CoA,
- the α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex in the citric acid cycle,
- and the transketolase enzyme in the pentose phosphate cycle.
These processes allow glucose to be converted into ATP, the body's universal energy carrier .
2. Support of the nervous system
Nerve cells consume a lot of energy and are highly dependent on stable glucose combustion.
Thiamine helps maintain neural energy balance and is also involved in the production of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine.
3. Role in the metabolism of amino acids and fatty acids
Thiamine pyrophosphate plays a supporting role in the breakdown of branched-chain amino acids (such as leucine, isoleucine and valine) and in the conversion of fatty acids into energy.
It helps cells to switch flexibly between different energy sources depending on the availability of nutrients.
4. Involvement in the pentose phosphate cycle
In this alternative metabolic pathway, TPP produces NADPH and ribose-5-phosphate via the enzyme transketolase .
NADPH provides reducing power for biosynthetic processes (such as fatty acid and cholesterol production), while ribose-5-phosphate serves as a building block for DNA and RNA.
5. Regulation and storage
Because vitamin B1 is water-soluble , excess is not stored but excreted in urine.

It thus influences the expression of hundreds of genes involved in, among other things:
- cell division and cell differentiation,
- inflammatory reactions,
- muscle contraction,
- and the functioning of various organs.
Vitamin D3 therefore not only works as a vitamin, but also as a regulatory substance that controls the functioning of cells .
4. Role in muscle function
Vitamin D3 is involved in the functioning of muscle fibers .
It supports muscle contraction and plays a role in the production of muscle proteins .
5. Cell division and repair
The active form of vitamin D3 regulates processes of cell growth and cell differentiation , which is important for the maintenance of tissues and the repair of cells.
It ensures that cells divide at the right time and maintain their specific functions.
Vitamin E

Operation
1. Protection of cell membranes
Vitamin E is located in the lipid layer of cell membranes , where it functions as an electron donor .
It can capture reactive oxygen species (free radicals) that are produced during normal metabolism or by external influences such as sunlight and pollution.
Through this reaction, vitamin E prevents fatty acids in membranes from oxidizing, which helps maintain cell stability.
2. Collaboration with other substances
When vitamin E neutralizes a free radical, it itself becomes oxidized.
It can then be “regenerated” again by other substances, such as vitamin C or glutathione .
Vitamin E thus forms part of a protective network of antioxidants that is continuously active in cells and tissues.
3. Influence on enzymes and gene expression
The active forms of vitamin E can also influence signaling pathways in cells .
They can inhibit or activate certain enzymes involved in inflammatory processes or fat metabolism.
In addition, vitamin E can influence the expression of genes that encode proteins involved in oxidative processes.
4. Storage and transport
After absorption in the small intestine (together with fats), vitamin E is transported to the liver via chylomicrons .
The liver uses a special protein, α-tocopherol transfer protein (α-TTP), to transport alpha-tocopherol into the blood, where it is delivered to tissues by lipoproteins .
Some vitamin E is stored in fat tissue and in the membranes of organs , especially in the liver, muscles and brain.
5. Breakdown and excretion
When vitamin E has fulfilled its function or has been oxidized, it is converted into water-soluble metabolites in the liver.
These are then excreted through the bile or urine .

Operation
Zinc is an important mineral that is active in the body in various ways.
It helps protect cells from oxidative stress and plays a role in cell division and DNA production .
In addition, it supports a healthy acid-base balance and contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids and proteins . Zinc is also involved in the metabolism of macronutrients and the activation of vitamin A in the body.
It supports cognitive functions and is important for normal fertility and reproduction . Furthermore, zinc contributes to the maintenance of strong bones , healthy skin, hair and nails , and helps to maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.
It is also important for proper functioning of the immune system and normal vision .
Study
This clinical trial investigated the effect of oral zinc supplementation in people with alopecia areata, an autoimmune-related form of hair loss in which the immune system attacks hair follicles. Previous studies had already shown that some patients with alopecia areata have low blood zinc levels , and that zinc plays a role in hair follicle repair and cell division regulation .
Researchers from Hallym University in Seoul, South Korea, tested 44 patients for their zinc levels. Fifteen of them were found to have low serum zinc levels (≤ 70 µg/dl) and were included in the study. They received one 50 mg tablet of zinc gluconate daily for 12 weeks , without additional treatments such as corticosteroids or phototherapy. Blood zinc levels and hair growth rates were measured before and after supplementation.
After the treatment period, the mean blood zinc level increased significantly from 56.9 µg/dl to 84.5 µg/dl (p = 0.002) .
Regarding the clinical outcome, 9 of the 15 patients (66.7%) showed a positive response , including 7 with significant terminal hair regrowth and 2 with partial regrowth . The remaining 6 patients had little or no response to treatment.
The analysis showed that the increase in zinc blood levels was significantly greater in the group with hair growth than in those without improvement ( +40.9 µg/dl versus +7.7 µg/dl , p = 0.003 ).
The authors emphasize that zinc is an essential mineral that serves as a cofactor for numerous enzymes involved in DNA and protein synthesis , cell growth , and immune function . In hair follicles, zinc is thought to play a role in preventing follicular degeneration and stimulating new growth . Zinc deficiency is also associated with other skin conditions, such as acrodermatitis enteropathica, psoriatic skin reactions, and nail abnormalities.
Although the study was small and lacked a placebo control, the results suggest that zinc supplementation may be useful as an adjunctive treatment for patients with alopecia areata and low zinc levels . In the majority of participants, supplementation led to increased zinc levels and visible hair regrowth.

Operation
L-Tyrosine is a precursor to the catecholamine neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine . Increasing your tyrosine intake can influence the availability of these neurotransmitters in the brain.
The study below (review) emerged from the idea that cognitive and behavioral decline (e.g., under stressful circumstances) may be linked to reduced catecholamine levels. Tyrosine supplementation could help preserve these functions in such cases.
Study
Scientific research shows that L-Tyrosine is particularly effective when the brain is under strain , such as stress, sleep deprivation, or intense mental exertion. In these situations, the body helps better cope with the temporary depletion of these neurotransmitters.
A systematic review of 15 placebo-controlled studies in healthy adults (Hase et al., 2015) showed that taking L-Tyrosine can limit the decline in concentration, working memory and information processing during heavy cognitive load.
