Refund policy


  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This reconsideration period starts the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to GIMMY Products.
  2. Since it concerns perishable goods, the consumer is not allowed to open the closed seal during the reconsideration period, as a result of which the resaleability and shelf life of the article is affected.
  3. Consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. He shall only unpack or analyse the product to the extent limited by clause 17.2. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to GIMMY Products, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by GIMMY Products.
  4. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to GIMMY Products within 14 days after receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known using the model form attached below. After the consumer has made it known that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 7 days. The consumer has to prove that the delivered goods have been returned in time, for instance by means of a proof of shipment.
  5. If, after expiry of the periods mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 4, the customer has not made known his/her wish to use his/her right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to GIMMY Products, the purchase is a fact.


  1. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment will be borne by him.
  2. If the consumer has paid an amount, GIMMY Products will refund this amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after revocation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by GIMMY Products or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided.


  1. GIMMY Products may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if GIMMY Products has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
  2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
    1. created by GIMMY Products in accordance with consumer specifications;
    2. which can spoil or age quickly;
    3. the price of which is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which GIMMY Products has no influence;
    4. for hygienic products whose seals have been broken by the consumer.
